Herakles was an Animus mod avatar available for use by Layla Hassan within the Animus HR-8.5 simulation of Kassandra's genetic memories. Based upon the mythical individual of the same name, this avatar could be used as a lieutenant aboard the Adrestia.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
When originally released, the avatar was referred to as Lykourgos in the description, though the avatar itself was named Herakles. Lykourgos is a variant of the name Lycurgus which is the name born by multiple individuals in Greek history and mythology. This was changed in a later update to Herakles, while a lieutenant named Lykourgos was released.
