The Hearthweru Helmet was a sturdy, yet practical helmet that covered both face and neck.
During the Viking expansion into England, the helmet was made available to the shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relieved her memories in 2020.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The Hearthweru Helment is a headgear added to Assassin's Creed: Valhalla via postlaunch mircotransaction. Its design is based off of the historical Sutton Hoo helmet believed to have belonged to King Rædwald of East Anglia combined with the Valsgärde 5 helmet.
