Harry Dexter White (9 October 1892 – 16 August 1948) was an American economist[1] and covert Templar member who worked for Abstergo Industries. He participated in the Bretton Woods Conference and the formation of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group.[2] Eventually, White betrayed the Templars in order to warn the Soviet Union of Abstergo's intentions, making him a top target of the company. In 1948, White was accused of leading a Russian espionage ring operating within the United States Department of the Treasury. He was killed in his home by Abstergo operatives that same year.[3]
