The Forward Camp was a military camp that was located in Suthsexe, England

In 875, Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan met up with her allies, Reeves Stowe and Erke to take over the Saxon camp. After discussing their tactics, they took over the camp and claimed it for themselves for their fight against Fulke.[1] After Eivor reduced Fulke's resources and military support, she met her fellow allies at the camp and set their plans to siege Portcestre. While her allies will be busy fighting Fulke's forces, Eivor decided that she and the Hidden One Basim Ibn Ishaq would search and rescue a wounded Sigurd Styrbjornsson from Fulke's clutches. After they agreed, they waited for the next day and began their assault on the fortress.[2]
