The River Erriff, best known for its lively streams and fish-filled pools, is born of a union between the rivers Owenree and Owenmore. The Erriff empties into Killary Harbor, "the only fjord in Ireland" (though whether it's a fjord or merely a fjard is a debate that continues to this day).
