A secretive group of religious zealots, the Bellatores Dei were intent upon casting the devil out of Francia one exorcism at a time. The group was led by a brilliant scholar known only by the pseudonym Isidore Mercator who wrote the false decretals that hoodwinked Christendom for a thousand years.
