The Dark Steel Mask was a helmet-like mask used in the 5th century BCE Greece, commonly worn by the guards loyal to the Cult of Kosmos.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found this mask in the inventories of blacksmiths and looted it from bodies and chests during her travels throughout Greece.[1]
