Chemistry Life Foundation
The Chemistry Life Foundation was an instituition, headed by scientist Dr. Clinton B. Rosenburg, that worked in tandem with Abstergo Chemical.
History[edit | edit source]
In 1952, the foundation's leader Dr. Rosenburg was hired by Abstergo to observe Linus Pauling's work on DNA structure research and report his discoveries to the Director of Abstergo Chemical.[1] In the winter of that year, he sent unpermitted proof of Rosalind Franklin's x-ray images of DNA structured as a double-helix.[2] By 1962, the foundation was repurposed to mainly focus on the double-helix DNA by the Director of Abstergo Chemical, which itself became Abstergo Pharmaceuticals. Its former leader Dr. Rosenburg was replaced and made to be the head scientist of Abstergo's molecular biology department.[3]
