Chantelle Naves was a woman living in Paris during the French Revolution.

Biography[edit | edit source]

After the assassination of Jean-Paul Marat in 1793, Naves saw the Gendarme take the suspects away. Afterwards, she stood outside his house, among other people, like Jacqueline Perel and Madeline Leclair.[1]

When the French Assassin Arno Dorian investigated the death of Marat, he questioned Naves on the street. Naves replied that the suspects had all been arrested and taken to the St. Germain Prison, providing Arno with his next lead.[1]
