British Petroleum, or BP, is a global oil and gas company headquartered in London, England. It is secretly controlled by Abstergo Industries.

In 1992, the company acquired the Russian oil company Sidanko, creating a unified market for gasoline in accordance with Abstergo's capitalist philosophies.
