This seems neat, and definitely makes the code simpler. Does this hide unused fields by default? Anyway, I'd like to see how this markup handles the media infoboxes, like Template:Game Infobox or Template:Book Infobox, if it's possible.

EDIT: Oh, I see these display fairly badly on Monobook, that's a big negative if you're going for better accessibility.
