For me, I just don't like sticking with the same thing for too long. Even if I like it, it bores me. That's why I change my avatar many times a year. Speaking of which, I need to find something cool to replace Adam Jenson. I would make one with Evie, but there aren't any images of her that fit what I want. Hopefully E3 will change that.
