Ah do you mean that the camera/your avatar is continuously moving at a direction even though you're not pressing anything? If its that, I had the same problem. And like you said, no forum has discussed this. I figured it out, though I had to use the keyboard and not my controller. I had no choice. I went to Options to Controls then to Gamepad Options to Active Input then o mouse + keyboard. I'm sorry if it doesn't fix your problem with the controller but its the only way I can figure it out.
