It's going to be really important for people to show how much they loved playing as Evie, and be really vocal about it, to prevent ubisoft from regressing and taking any backward steps. They tried something new and different with Connor in AC3 and the initial response was so overwhelming negative by the majority of players so ubisoft haven't gone down that path since. I'm kind of hoping that since all the games since AC4 have gathered statistics on player actions, it would be good if they could see how many people chose to play Evie over Jacob, and for how much of their time playing.
