Sol, a date is not given for Exodus either, so I feel it's a toss up between 1400 BCE to 1200 BCE and 2400 BCE to 2300 BCE. We know for sure that Matthew is 1st century AD, but have no real clues hinting at what year Exodus was. I want to say it's between 1000 BCE to 2000 BCE though.
