For me I wait for a game:

-Where you play the first Hashashin, in Irak near Alamut and Baghdad. It could be a good transition between Origins and AC 1, between the Hidden Ones and the Assassin Brotherhood. You fought the Seljukides Sultanate tried to exterminate the nizarite.

-In India, maybe 17th century, with Moghols, Maraths, Mysore, Portuguese, British and Dutch as factions.

-In Japan, maybe 17th or 19th century.

-In South America during the 19th century Revolutions

- A sequel of Arno story with Napoleon during the War.

-Wild West(1840's-1860's) you could play a bounty hunter who work for the Templars or the Assassins (like in a RPG). You could see different cultures and states  as the Mexican Republic, the Republic of Texas, the Indians of Oklaoma, the differents settlers(Americans, British, Russians), the Gold Rush and the begin of Civil War.

- In Berlin during the end of the 19th century. You could see Bismarck(Templar) and the Assassins are more darker as they would allied with anarchist like the Russian Brotherhood at the same period.
