I love Aveline's three outfits, Shay's Templar outfit and Evie's outfit. Jacob's outfit, while good for blending in, is not very striking. Kind of ironic that I don't like it because it's not Assassin-y, when his outfit is more subtle than his sister's. Oh, Arbaaz's outfit from the comic is pretty neat as well :)
