Honestly for me the Shroud of Eden would be it, but probably a more efficient one.

I think another would one would involve empathy and allow you to truly experience the emotions of another exactly as though they were your own. Perhaps like reliving genetic memories except you are experiencing the perspective of someone else in the present time. The emphasis should be more on experiencing their actual thoughts and feelings about things than necessarily the world they're interacting with though.
