Hello, here with another theory.

What if... the Temple of Saint Denis was built not by the Isu, but by Ancient Assassins instead?

The arquitecture of the vault is kinda different compared to other vaults... and the presence of the Assassin symbol (and humans riding horses) on the pillars makes it intriguing... can it be that it was built to keep the Apple safe instead of protecting it so one may retrieve it later?
