By the sound of it I'm guessing Bayek made some major reforms during his time for it to be the origins of the Assassin Brotherhood, if the rumor of a trilogy with Bayek is true. Then we'd see the entire origin gradually, whatever kind of origin it is. Wether it's the structure of the Assassins from a loose connection of freedom fighters to an organized brotherhood or major reorganization of the existing brotherhood or/and their beliefs.
