First, he retcon the number precursor box, now who kill Cleopatra, even if they write it was canon in their encyclopedia, they must stop. The goal to have a lore it's to play with to expand it, not break it every time it arrange them. They can lost many fans with this kind of things.

Fine, if you want to tell us, in detail, what really happened, do it. No problem. If you want to create an environment where the deed happened, do it. No problem.
But don't change ANYTHING about HOW it happened when important books, encyclopedias, and even one game TOLD US EXACTLY HOW IT HAPPENED!!!
You're not making the story more interesting, you're breaking it! Use those elements to fix the disaster the movie made instead of ruin well-established lore.
