Q. Does Origins mark the end of social stealth for AC or will it be returning in future games?

Q1: I wager that it will return in future games, but I wouldn't say that the social stealth mechanic has been completely washed away in Origins. Only time will tell really.
Q2: I doubt it, this game is basically to the Assassin's Creed series, what Skyward Sword was to The Legend of Zelda series, it's chronologically first in the timeline. This means that we will see the foundation of the Assassin Brotherhood/Order. So in answer to your question, I do not think we will see such a mechanic return when Origins takes place so early in the timeline. The only thing for certain is that Bayek is the first to call himself an Assassin.
Q3: No, I am sure there are more features left to be discovered about Origins.
