You can't wait more than a few days before treating a broken leg, because in addition to the pain it can begin to heal the wrong way, so the patient will risk to become a lame man or worse the leg can become infectious and later have to be amputated. So there is no way that Galina stayed four months (September 2015/Early 2016) with a broken leg.

So in an effort to keep a coherent timeline, I think that the mention "Welcome, last logged on September 15, 2015 at 11 AM" on Charlotte's computer in issue 1 has to be regarded not as the actual date but as a reference to the last opening of the client record.

So considering that Voronina was perfectly healthy in London in October 2015, that the action of the first arc took place in 2015 and that she was seeing a doctor in 2016 for her leg broken in 2015, the action of the too arcs has to take place in late December 2015 / early January 2016.
