I found the emails. Melanie Lemay finds an image of Juno on November 14th 2013.

However, I did realize they did not identify her as Juno. The IM Conversation hints at her being a first civ being, but that's as close as they get. 

So I guess I can't prove what I thought was another error.

So I guess we figured out that the New Orders audio log from Rouge has a script error and the Reconstructed Data #009 audio log from Syndicate has a script error.
