I can't say I care much for the Suicide Squad. DC are really determined for the general public to acknowledge the group though.
They're wedged in Arkham Origins, Arkham Origins Blackgate, and have their own animated film in the Arkham universe. Not to mention the film they're getting in the DCCU.
I don't really know if the game's still happening, but it wouldn't surprise me if we got an announcement at E3. DC games come at a pattern. Lego Batman 2 was announced shortly after Arkham City was released; Injustice: Gods Among Us was announced shortly before Lego Batman 2 was released; Arkham Origins was announced shortly before Injustice: Gods Among Us was released; Arkham Knight was announced shortly after Arkham Origins was released; Lego Batman 3 was announced shortly before the delay of Arkham Knight. Following this pattern, we're likely to get a DC game announced soon.
