I know he isn't overpowered in terms of "Powers" but his super intellegence and his range of gadgets makes him overpowere compared to Daredevil, i doubt they would just copy the Arkham games if they ever did make a Daredevil game as it would be to obvious and it's not like the Arkham games are the only action and stealth games. That's why I wouldn't personally be interested in a Daredevil game where as Batman has a wide range of gadgets and now the Batmobile it makes gameplay where as Daredevil only has one weapon, so I would rather see Mavel do a Spider-Man or Iron Man game as you could do more with that. Even a Punisher game would sound interesting.
