It would definitely be interesting to see how things went down. Adam and Eve escaping, forming a resistance movement that was the precursor to the Assassin Brotherhood and Eve becoming their leader. Perhaps we could even get to see Cain's murder of Able, stealing his Apple, getting the mark and eventually founding the Templar Order.
