I've always theorized that Hassan I Sabbah created the tenets of the Creed and it was Altair who steered the Assassins in a more "free will" oriented direction so it would be interesting to see how the Assassin's were like before the Levantine Assassins in a game.

Did they have the tenets of the Creed?

What was the conflict like between the Assassins & Templars back then?

That's why I wouldn't mind a game about the Santuary Assassins.
