That's exactly what I was thinking! I hope it only works at night or in shadows brcause I can buy into it more. If that is not the case I might just do stealth missions with Jacob as it will be more realistic and challenging.

IGN claims Evie's ability will apparently work in daylight as well as nighttime, so yeah, that's a bit... "gamey", as they described it.
