I imagine Corvo will get his own snazzy cgi trailer at some point as well. I think it's really cool they went with Emily for the reveal; I imagine I'd have been pretty frustrated if Bethesda had gone the way of Ubisoft by being all like "oh yeah, she's playable", but not showing her in any of the promo materials. 

Then again, from what little I've heard of Dishonored 2, the differences between Emily and Corvo are going to be much larger than those between Jacob and Evie, so maybe the Dishonored dev team is just proud and excited to show what changes they've made to set Emily apart from Corvo.
