As bizarre as it may seem, I personally prefer listening to soundtracks from movies or games. Perhaps because I immediately associate the music with certain scenes and feelings, or maybe it's because I can enjoy the music without being distracted from tasks.

Occasionally, I'll listen to 'real' music, but I have no particular taste there.
