Back in the day the producers of assassin's creed 2 have put a lot of emphasis in the mission system, with it being  expanded and including a great variety of side quests (merely due to complaints in the first game). One of thode side quests allows the player to visit hidden areas, the so called assassin tombs. After collecting all the assassins' seals you will be able to acquire the armor of altair .Still though there is a great dispute, commenting  the  origins of this armor. For those who have completed ac 2 and the previous games  it is clear  that the armor, which lies beneath the celling within the statue of Altair bears no resemblance to the original armor of the legendary assassin that we got accustomed to in the Altair saga(Assassin's Creed altair's chronicles,Assassin's Ccreed,Assassin's Creed bloodlines). In fact this armor seems to have a more european style and specifically an italian one.Could this be an armor that Altair acquired after the events of AC BLOODLINES,when he became Mentor of the Levanthian assassins ?Was specifically made for him after his success in the end of the events of the Altair saga? And how was it found in italy ?Could the great-grandfather of Ezio bring from The Holy Lands to Italy?Any information will be apreciated<ac_metadata title="ARMOR OF ALTAIR"> </ac_metadata>
