Bangalore is the capital city of Karnataka, a southwestern state in India.

In 2015, after Bishop requested help to locate Álvaro Gramática's lab, the Assassin Jasdip Dhami sent her a message informing her that it was not in India. He noted that Abstergo Industries' many subsidiaries continued to have a strong presence in Bangalore and were striving to ensure that the Assassins would not be able to steal another set of genetic memories.[1]
