Anaximandros (c. 610 BCE – c. 546 BCE) was a Greek philosopher from the ancient Greek city of Miletios. He was a student of Thales of Miletios and later the teacher of Anaximenes.
During the Peloponnesian War, Anaximandros as well as his teacher and his student were mentioned by two philosophers during their conversation within the Sanctuary of Delphi.[1]
