The Abstergo News Wire is a news bulletin used by Abstergo Industries, serving as an internal news network regarding recent events happening within the company.

In September 2012, the Wire was hacked by an unknown third-party who used it to spread misinformation regarding the alleged L-11 outbreak, Mexican and US border issues and closures of American film studios. A year later in October, the hacktivist group Erudito claimed responsibility for the attacks, the Wire later reported on this.^[1]
