Since there wasn't enough space in the edit summary

She's definitely named after the queen because she's the only other Shaqilat/Shagilat I can find any mention of ("Shaqilath" is probably a weird Greco-Roman chronicler's interpretation), and Gamilat is named after her daughter-in-law, the last queen.
