Actually in the game?

Is this person actually in the game? If not I don’t think we can definitively say when he or she lived. I had assumed it was supposed to be a reference to the mythological Phyllis but the masculine form of the name confuses me and it might just be a reference to a random dev.Lacrossedeamon (talk) 15:46, November 28, 2018 (UTC)
