As far as I’m concerned, it’s not verified that the person by the tree in the trailer is Odin. Eivor thinks so, but whether or not they’re right is up for debate, imo. However, the trailer does feature a ’proper’ image we can use for Odin: the wooden statues. One at the ritual setting, the other being erected. Sadelyrate (siniath) 23:48, May 1, 2020 (UTC)
The Statue
No, the statue is NOT of Odin. Look at the hand. The guy has no left hand. It's Tyr, not Odin.

- Tbf, they have used Wrong statues before. In Odyssey, they’ve used a statue of Hebe for Demeter and a statue of an apparently random priest for Dionysos. Both of these decisions confound the heck out of me, at least. Sadelyrate (siniath) 19:03, May 3, 2020 (UTC)

Reading Calculations vs Nornir
In the Asgard arc of the main game, we can interpret that the Nornir show Odin some Calculations. The question is: should we consider the Nornir actual Isu beings or just the visual representation of Odin witnessing the Calculatons, seen by Eivor through the mythological veil? In Dawn of Ragnarök, there are several conversations with NPCs that confirm that Odin has the gift to read Calculations naturally, an ability which he passed on to Baldr, who apparently managed to "gaze into the future" (he even witnessed the moment of his death according to Database: Baldr)
- The nornir are currently just viewed as the yggdrasil device used by odin to see into the calculations, as layla also encounters them when she enters the device without them hanging outside like Basim and Valka's mother. Can you find any of the mentions were they say he can see the future naturally? cause all weve seen of him seeing the future is through the nornir, and id suppose Baldr wouldve done the same. having had access to his fathers vaults.
