Anachronistic sinking
It looks like according to the timeline of the novel the sinking happens in 1851, not 1852.Lacrossedeamon (talk) 08:43, 20 September 2022 (UTC)
- Is the prologue a year earlier than the rest?VilkaIsBack (talk) 09:32, 20 September 2022 (UTC)
- I mean, Pierrette's story starting in Ch1 is 1851, but the Prologue is Simeon's story, which could still be 1852. VilkaIsBack (talk) 09:34, 20 September 2022 (UTC)
- Except chapter two seems to happen completely within 1851 and has Lovelace showing Pierrette a letter from Price stating he survived the shipwreck. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 09:45, 20 September 2022 (UTC)
- Hm, that is indeed anachronistic. Guess we amend to to 1851 then and put the historical date in a BtS? VilkaIsBack (talk) 09:51, 20 September 2022 (UTC)
