  • I thought Eagle Vision was a Animus feature, not an Assassin's feature. I.e. Giovanni didn't know his son had this ability.
  • Ezio indirectly having the ability a number of times. Also, Desmond picks it up through the Bleeding Effect.Berychance 07:36, December 1, 2009 (UTC)

I have noticed that Giovanni looks a lot like british actor Robert Carlyle.Andrew nicholson 18:45, January 11, 2010 (UTC) Err... Giovanni is modeled after Romano Orzari... -- D. Cello 18:54, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

OK

Did Giovanni really not tell Federico? I was under the impression Federico knew he was an Assassin. -- AgentValentine 07:16, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

That bit about the beak blinding one's vission looks like a assumption, besides, the thing is 1 inch large and stays at the top of the head.. doesn't make sense. -- D. Cello 16:28, February 19, 2010 (UTC)

I've had conversations with people who actually made replicas of the costume or bought official ones. Blinding is maybe exaggerated, however it does get annoying on a man's vision, depends what way you look. If you look forward it tends to hinder a part of your vision, though if you look left or right, it doesn't bother much.

I've replaced the word blinds with 'hinders', so that people won't take it too seriously. It doesn't blind you, but it gets a bit in the way.

So...

Was Giovanni the one who saved Lorenzo de Medici from nearly drowning at the river in Florence? I'm not really sure myself, it isn't detailed here, or in Lorenzo's page. WarClownWanna Talk? 16:09, July 17, 2010 (UTC)

  • Well seeing that Giovanni was 13 years older than Lorenzo, it is possible though which Auditore saved Lorenzo is never explicitly stated. Recon1medic 14:43, July 22, 2010 (UTC)
It was stated in game that Giovanni saved Lorenzo. -- D. Cello 02:35, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
I forgot to check back at this message, thanks for confirming XD WarClownWanna Talk? 11:58, July 27, 2010 (UTC)

Naming the Auditore

I can tell people don`t understand the Italian way of naming. It seems that people think all the Auditore are da Firenze (from Florence). The only ones who should have da Firenze in their names are the children since they were born in Florence. Mario and Giovanni were born in Monteriggioni not in Florence. And Maria had her name changed after marriage so it probably wouldn`t be Auditore da Firneze. Recon1medic 14:50, July 22, 2010 (UTC)

Who the hell is....

....Ilario Auditore? In Giovanni's biography, it says that he is Giovanni's dad, but really, where was this stated? is it that book again? --WarClownWanna Talk? 03:06, August 7, 2010 (UTC)

  • It's mentioned in-game, in one of the database files. I'll have a look later to find which one… unforunately, I no longe have Renaissance so I couldn't say if it was in there or not :P --Jasca Ducato Council Chamber Assassination record 14:01, September 1, 2010 (UTC)
  • Nope, not in the book, I have it in my hand at this moment and no NO MENTION OF ILLARIO. AllyAuditore 16:30, September 1, 2010 (UTC)

Ilario was mentioned in the Database? I don't recall....I'll have to check it myself then :P --WarClownWanna Talk? 09:15, September 2, 2010 (UTC)
