Ptolemy XIII

This is an ongoing discussion.

So looking back through the royal titularies of the Ptolemy family I would hazard a guess that the nomen is supposed to be "ptwlmys Ꜥnḫ-ḏt mrj-ptḥ" and the praenomen is a variant of "jwꜤ-n-nṯrwj-snwj stp.n-rꜤ sḫm-Ꜥnḫ-n-jmn". It seems like since Ptolemy XIII doesn't have a recorded titulary they kinda cannibalized others and moved some of the hieroglyphs around instead of where they would normally be. But it is also hard to tell given the resolution of the cartouches we have for it. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 04:47, 27 September 2025 (UTC)
