Deletion

I'll make a note here, since it would be impractical to make duplicate comments on the various battleground articles. I do not believe we need these articles at all–even in circumstances where the story takes us there–because their is little to actually state in the article. The vast majority of these articles consist of a single line:

"The Battleground of [XXX] was the site of a battle in the [YYY] region of [ZZZ], Greece during the Peloponnesian War."

This can be inferred fro the name alone, as does not require an article explaining as such. What's more, the point of interest for most readers would not be the location of the battle, but the battle itself. For exmaple, the Battleground of Megaris versus the Battle of Megara. The latter article makes the existence of the former redundant.

Furthermore, I am concerned that these articles set a dangerous precedent for the creation of articles about battlegrounds in past and future games. --Jasca Ducato (talk | contributions) 12:19, June 27, 2019 (UTC)
