Vrisa Fort

The Vrisa Fort was a fort in the Ancient Pearl region of Lesbos island, Greece. Situated on the southern tip of the island, it was occupied by a sizable military force.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place at the request of Qamra, a healer tending to the workers of the Vineyard Canyon. At the fort, Kassandra found Qamra's tools.[1] While at the fort, Kassandra also destroyed some war supplies, claimed the valuables held there, and killed the leaders of the men at the fort.[2]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
The name and location of the fort in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey reference the village of Vrisa, named after one of the two girls Agamemnon took from Lesbos during the Trojan War.
