The Three Amici was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore da Firenze's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.

Description

Ezio Auditore received a contract from Niccolò Machiavelli to assassinate Cesare's veteran trainers.

Outcome

Ezio assassinated the trainers, weakening Cesare's army.

• To achieve full synchronization, Ezio had to assassinate his targets with his Hidden Blades.
