The Man-Eater was a virtual representation of one of Ratonhnhaké:ton's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.

Description

Connor was told by a fellow hunter about a man-eating bear.

Dialogue

  • Hunter: Some folks were fixin' to settle on a plot not far from here. Seems a big black bear with a taste for human blood settled there first. Bring the beast down and some good people would be grateful.

Connor found dried blood splatter at a campsite and unique bear tracks leading into a cave. He picked up a corpse and carried it to the center of the cave, luring out the bear.

Outcome

After a lengthy fight, Connor slew the bear and earned a memento in his bedroom at the Davenport Homestead.
