The Halls of Nero

The Halls Of Nero was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.

Description

After his encounter with the Followers of Romulus, Ezio Auditore entered Nero's Golden Palace which was situated beneath the Terme di Traiano. He explored the ruins and solved some puzzles. Finally, he arrived in a room filled with treasures. Ezio searched the treasures, taking what he could. He retrieved one of the Scrolls of Romulus, which had a key attached to it.

Outcome

Ezio retrieved a scroll of Romulus and escaped the underground palace to rendezvous with Machiavelli.

Trivia

• To achieve full synchronization, the Ezio must have finished the memory within eight minutes.
• The key taken with the Scroll was one of six which were required to unlock the Armor and Dagger of Brutus.
• There were three Borgia flags available to find in this Secret Location.
• This was the only Lair of Romulus which was not a side memory, similar to Novella's Secret in Assassin's Creed II.
