The Spartan War Hero Set was an armor set created by the ancient Greek city-state of Sparta.
During the Peloponnesian War, the armor set was under the possession of a branch of the Cult of Kosmos who had infiltrated the Peloponnesian League. The Spartan misthios, Kassandra, hunted down the cultists and claimed each armor pieces for herself. She also obtained the Xiphos of Dionysos from the Sage of that branch, Pausanias of Sparta.[1]
