The Shwedagon Pagoda is a sacred Buddhist site in Yangon, Myanmar. It housed a sphered-shape Isu artifact which was part of the Southeast Asian Pieces of Eden.

In 2023, while based in Singapore, the Abstergo-turncoat Shimazu Sei and her bodyguard Yuki tracked down the artifact at site via the genetic memories of Edward Kenway relived by Noa Kim. Just as Abstergo's Sigma Team were closing in on their location, Sei, Yuki and Noa left the Zhawang Corporation safehouse with Nathan Zhang to head to the Shwedagon Pagoda and recover the artifact.[1]
