Roman era

During the Roman era, the river was known as the Renos.

Aleman general and member of the Liberalis Circulum, Accipiter, lead several attacks against the Roman Empire along the Rhine during the 3rd Century.|} Middle Ages Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir discovered the river after Vagn deciphered a clue located on the body of the River Erriff champion. Eivor sailed to the monastery at Ferrières, killing the Frankish champion and claiming Ulfberht's Sword. Following the death of the Frankish champion, the monastery hired a mercenary to act as a 'champion of the gods'. Eivor would kill the mercenary at Ferrières, and claim Sir Gareth's Holy Sword.
