The River Rhine is a major river in Central and Western Europe.

In the late 9th century, the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir led raids along the river.

History

Roman era

During the Roman era, the river was known as the Reno.[1]

Aleman general and member of the Liberalis Circulum, Accipiter, lead several attacks against the Roman Empire along the Rhine.[2]

Middle Ages

Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir discovered the river after Vagn deciphered a clue located on the body of the River Erriff champion.

Eivor sailed to the monastery at Ferrières, killing the Frankish champion and claiming Ulfberht's Sword.[1]
